Home users can have such a time! Dealing with complexities of the Digital E or ILife. Simplicity is something that is just not quite there yet when dealing with computer peripheral devices - Be it apple or PC... And though many times it's the quick fix that's needed, many more times it's the solutions that are coming up short! I wish I could say that there was a simple answer to the question, but it's not there for the most part.
