Pie Plate Art
Pie Plate Art is a unique and simple project that anyone can do. You just need a few supplies and you are ready to go. All of the below supplies are found at "The Dollar Tree Store".
Supplies:
One 9 inch steel pie plate
A hammer
A large nail
Raffia, yarn or ribbon
An old board to hammer on
A pencil
Directions:
a bow and it is ready to hang.
1-Choose a design that you would like to nail into your plate. You can draw a flag, a tree, a house, a star a Christmas tree etc.
2-Draw the design onto your pie plate with your pencil
5-Place the pie plate onto you old board and take the hammer and nail and follow the design on your plate and gently hammer the nail so as to leave an indentation and a small hole in bottom of plate. And do this same proceedure over entire design until design has been completeld.
6-Take plate and turn upside down, an hammer a nail through the top of the pie plate creating a hole.
7-Take raffia, ribbon or yarn and string through hole, create a bow and it is ready to hang.
