We aim to serve our customers the highest quality wholesome foods, free of preservatives, coloring, artificial sugars and extra fats. We offer freshly sqeezed juices,protein shakes, smoothies, a make your own salad bar, wraps, roasted vegetables,whole grain breads and muffins and a large variety of teas and coffees. We are situated in the LifePlex gym, but you do not need to be a member of the gym to eat or purchase food at 18karrots.
