I use Integrative massage techniques that are a blend of modalities including Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release and other hands-on techniques with a focus on therapeutic results.
Alderwood Massage Therapy is located on the west side of Ford St between 3rd and 4th streets in the same building as the 'Wine Country Kitchen' shop. The lobby entrance faces 4th street. The parking lot opposite the lobby door is reserved for employees of a local business. There is usually street parking close by.
