We are Certified by the New York State Department of Health ELAP Program. All Testing that is performed on food is done using AOAC Methodology as well as USDA and FDA guidelines. Through the NELAC certification, we are nationally certified for Microbiology analysis of potable and non potable water. We also are actively involved in HACCP plan development and implementation.
