Our New Jersey fitness boot camp offers a month-to month, challenging exercise class for busy men and women who have struggled with weight loss over and over again. Boot camp is an energizing group fitness class designed to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals once and for all! We take a life-style approach and teach you how to replace unsupportive habits with new ones. We will help you with nutrition, your mindset, and fitness goals. Our typical session incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility training. Each class at our fitness center in NJ is approximately 45-50 minutes. It is difficult to say what a typical class looks like because we vary the workouts day-to-day to create a state of "muscle confusion" so that the body never hits a plateau. You can expect to experience a wide variety of activities from light running, strength training, relay races, obstacle courses, circuit training, core training, boxing, rope jumping, stair or hill climbing, military fitness drills, plyometric drills, and more!
