Message from the Business
Boomers Bar-B-Que means slow smoking meat over low indirect heat produced by burning wood. We use locally grown apple wood combined with Mesquite and pecan that infuse our meats with a high level of flavor, aroma and texture. Our meats have a pink ring from being smoked and slow-cooked for up to 15 hours.
We're so proud of our flavor that we serve our sauce on the side. Bar-B-Que requires patience and devotion that you just can't simulate by basting meat with ""BBQ Sauce."" Also try our famous homemade Bloody Mary and other great cocktails!
