Message from the Business
In November of 2000, Carlo and Michelle Pulixi opened Convivium Osteria. Our restaurant combines the culinary and aesthetic traditions of old world Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
Our main dining room is set elegantly with a rustic style. Other dining areas include the wine cellar featuring long wooden tables, stone arches, and wines in every crevice. Also our covered patio, with water fountain and grape vines, offers an unparalleled Mediterranean experience.
Chef Carlo Pulixi pays meticulous attention to detail, enabling him to combine the traditions of Italy, Spain, and Portugal with refreshing authenticity. In Addition, he pays special attention to the change of seasons as well as the integrity and quality of all the ingredients we use.
