While anyone can get a taste of Pilates from a mat workout, theres no substitute for training with the full complement of equipment and personal attention from the world class instructors at Core Pilates.
We are an institution of dedicated professionals who believe in the master mind behind Pilates which is Joseph! We are an interpretation of his work and we are loyal to the Method, each other as instructors, our clients goals, and strive to create lasting relationships.
