Dustie Janitorial and Maintenance Co., has successfully operated under the philosophy of a professional, yet personalized contract commercial cleaning service company. Services will consist of two components: 1) Janitorial, 2) Minor Maintenance service. Our floor care service will include stripping, cleaning, buffing and waxing all types of floors. The service will also include carpet cleaning; shampooing, spot removal and deodorizing. The company will educate customers on how to care for their floors. Services also include minor maintenance services: Removal and installing carpet, replacing tile, minor electrical problems, upgrading light fixtures, minor leaks in pipes and other minor pluming problems.
