Issue long term debentures to yield annual returns of 6.5% to 7.5%. Funds from debentures buys single family houses. These houses, after rehab are lease optioned to prospective buyers until they can obtain a new loan, at which time the debentures are repaid. Returns on debentures are to be moved into indexed fixed annuity, which can create a twenty million dollar retirement fund after 35 to 40 years.
