Eldred Preserves' fine restaurant serves a varied menu that features full dinner specials as well as a la carte service. You will find trout prepared 12 different ways along with numerous other household specialties. Many a fish story has been told in our fisherman's lounge. We cater to all kinds of groups, large or small.
