In over 16 years of practice, Dr. Nina has fine-tuned her skills as a health and wellness practitioner, teacher, and listener. Her approach to healing is a unique blend; using adjustments, nutrition, and detoxification as her main modes of care to honor the individual needs of each person. Adjustments are done gently either by hand or with a low-force adjusting instrument.
Dr. Nina's mission is to help balance the body from the structural to the cellular level. She understands that the body should be able to heal itself, and her work is a catalyst to help the body work more efficiently so it can heal more efficiently. Whether through her direct, hands-on work with people or her guidance and educational programs and materials, Nina helps the whole person, whether their challenges are structural, or nutritional, or stress-related.
