on Citysearch Dec 15, 2009WHEN I MOVED IN, THE CARPET WAS ALL SPOTTED AND SOILED. LATTER I FOUND OUT THAT THE PREVIOUS TENANT WAS CHARGED FOR A NEW CARPET( THEY KEPT THEIR DEPOSIT ) AND THEY NEVER REPLACED IT. EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THE MANAGEMENT... (more)
