To provide you with an opportunity to get to know us, we offer a complimentary 45 minute consultation to discuss your life transition issues in detail. If you would like to engage us to work with you at a deeper level, we offer three levels of planning services for you to choose from. Estate Evaluation The goal of this plan is to review your estate plan and make recommendations to safeguard your assets from taxation and help ensure your assets go where you intend after you pass on. We can help you determine if you have the appropriate documents in place and coordinate with your attorney, or one we can recommend, to get them updated or drafted, if necessary. As part of this process we will also review your beneficiary designations and life insurance coverage. This planning can generally be completed in 2 sessions. The initial session is more of a data gathering phase where we compile all the relevant information. The analysis is completed between the first and second meeting. In the second meeting we will review the results of the analysis and determine what implementation steps are needed. Assurity Plan™ The goal of this plan is to take a deep dive into the financial planning process by analyzing your income, expenses, debt and insurance sufficiency in addition to the following planning areas: •Investment risk tolerance assessment (Are you taking too much risk?) •Investment evaluation and recommendations (Are you in the right investments?) •Review retirement plans (Help you select the right investment options) •Complete a retirement planning projection (How are you positioned?) •Tax evaluation (Are you paying more than you should?) •Evaluation of wills and related estate planning documents (Where will your assets go when you are gone?) The planning process is completed over a series of 3-4 meetings. The process starts with the initial consultation where baseline data is compiled about your situation. A second meeting is scheduled to gather all the supporting documentation needed to complete the analysis. We will then complete the analysis and then present the findings of the analysis at the third meeting. A series of phone conversations may be needed between meetings two and three. The fourth meeting may be needed to assist in the implementation of the plan. WealthTrak™ This level of service is for those individuals who desire a full-time wealth manager. You will delegate day-to-day investment management decisions to us. We will help you determine your goals and objectives and the level of support that you may need from the portfolio. The investments selected for your portfolio will be based on a myriad of factors including your risk tolerance, age, need for income, tax bracket, etc. Your portfolio will be monitored on a continuous basis and you will be notified if and when changes will be made within the portfolio. We will meet formally twice per year (every six months) to review and discuss the portfolio as well as what is happening in the markets and the economy. You will receive monthly statements and will have the ability to monitor your accounts online at any time. If you like, Jim Heisler can serve as the leader of your financial planning team and he will work directly with your accountant and attorney to ensure that all the prudent tax and legal strategies are employed to help manage your wealth. If you do not have an accountant or attorney, Jim may be able to refer you to a qualified professional in your area. The scope of services we will provide are not limited to just investment management. We will assist you with a large number financial planning related issues including: • Mortgage refinance reviews • Insurance coverage evaluations • Auto lease/purchase decisions • Estate plan reviews • Retirement income analysis • Tax planning • College planning • Special needs planning • Philanthropy
