At First Mountain Health and Wellness, I understand that individuals come to my office for help with a wide range of difficulties, often including depression and anxiety. Helping patients achieve sustained relief from emotional pain and reach a greater level of emotional well-being and life satisfaction is my highest priority.
As a board certified adult psychiatrist in practice for over ten years, I work compassionately and effectively with my patients to develop individualized, goal-directed treatment plans. Having previously served as Medical Director at two other treatment centers, I integrate up-to-date medical knowledge and a thoughtful understanding of my patients' individual situations, preferences and goals in order to optimize treatment. Recommended treatment options may include various forms of psychotherapy, psychoeducational sessions, and/or judicious medication management -- all available at First Mountain Health and Wellness.
