I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College Of Exercise out of San Diego California. I have been helping clients achieve results since 2007 using a variety of training methods and modalities coupled with email and phone support. I am also certified in Indorr Cycling through Madd Dogg Athletics out of Narciss California. I hold a certification in Adult CPR and AED from the American Red Cross. My thoughts and my Business Goals" Personal training is my passion and holds special meaning for me. After completing my own physical transformation loosing over 60 pounds with hard work and determination, I have a new purpose in life. My purpose is to give back, to as many people as I possibly can who need help and guidance. I have been hard at work with this goal since 2007.
