Business Description
Foundations Counseling & Consultation Services provides a full array of Mental Health Services to include counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and families. We begin services by providing a comprehensive Mental Health Assessment to include diagnosis and treatment recommendations. With 18 years of experience working within mental health and education settings and providing mental health services, we feel certain we can provide comprehensive care with the needed support, guidance and education necessary to help our clients make the changes necessary in their life and begin to move in a positive direction. Additionally, Foundations provides comprehensive Alcohol & Drug Assessments to adolescents and young adults. As with our mental health services, upon completion of the assessment diagnosis and treatment recommendations will be provided to help guide our client in making the next steps necessary to live healthier lives. This could include continued treatment as a client of Foundations around education of substance use and abuse or Level 1 outpatient services, or a referral to more intensive services as appropriate. Finally, Foundations offers consultation services and education around Mental Health and Alcohol & Drug to include Alcohol and Drug use/abuse, Suicide Interventions Skills and Training, Mental Health diagnosis and Parenting/Positive Behavior Support. These services are offered in the form of workshops to community members, training and consultation to school personnel, and workshops and trainings to other mental health providers and agencies.
