Business Description
GymNation is a multi-sport training facility. They host gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, crossfit fitness, and indoor baseball cages. This 16,000 square foot facility has over 3000 sq. ft. of in-ground training pits and trampolines. It has the only power rod floor and trench pit on Long Island.
It also has 6000 sq. ft. of indoor batting cages and a state-of-the-art Crossfit training area.
