Hatsuhana Restaurant Inc
Hatsuhana has delivered the taste of Tokyo to NYC since 1976. As Manhattans most celebrated sushi restaurant, we maintain a focus on traditional Japanese Sushi/Sashimi. We serve the freshest fish, using true classical Japanese cutting techniques. For this reason we are considered a sushi specialty restaurant. This means no over-priced over-hyped menu & No attitude. Instead you get a Japanese sushi experience like nothing outside of Tokyo. Whether it's for a relaxing date, a quick yet affordable lunch or dinner w/ business associates, Hatsuhana provides an alternative to the typical New York dining experience. Our philosophy is that authenticity and supreme quality should never be compromised nor will it go out of style. We welcome the curious novice, the seasoned connoisseur & anyone in between. Find out why loyal patrons keep coming back to Midtown's premier sushi destination!
