As a registered dietitian and nutritionist, I understand the importance of your wellness. Your body composition has an impact on your health. Unhealthy body composition refers to carrying too much fat in comparison to lean tissue (muscle, as an example). An increase in the ratio of body fat to lean muscle tissue can increase health risks.
