Business Description
We are a Bikram-only yoga studio, teaching the 26 postures of Bikram's Beginning Hatha Yoga. All classes are 90 minutes. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 45% humidity. We love our new flocked-vinyl flooring, and our new heaters. Our students are the best, our teachers are 100% Bikram certified, helpful, knowledgeable, energetic and supportive.
