Life coaching Insights and Solutions Coaching, provides our clients high quality coaching that is personalized for each woman's unique needs. We are available for coaching sessions by appointment only and provide a variety of services. BePeace Coaching Each of us desires a life that is deeply connected with others and ourselves. BePeace is a practice that combines a scientifically tested method for "feeling peace", with a clear path for "speaking peace" that creates an authentic, compassionate connection. As we learn this practice, we are empowered to pass it on, to "teach peace". Emotional Intelligence Coaching "Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to deal effectively with one's own and others emotions." As applied to a womans life, emotional intelligence is defined simply as thinking intelligently with emotions. As women, dealing with emotions often comes easily and naturally. Learning to perceive, express, understand and manage emotions in a professional and effective manner can create a safe and secure environment. Insights and Solutions Coaching (ISC) provides an individualized approach and a structure to support women as they work towards being their authentic selves. We work from a model that supports you as you make choices and decisions for a better life.
We are proud of the work we do and promise that we will support you as you strive to attain new goals and create deeper connections with people and the dreams in your life.
As we grow and change, we experience many life transitions. There are times we feel stuck and are caught in a cycle of confusion, dissatisfaction and disappointment. Sometimes, we are conflicted for no apparent reasons.
Eileen and Kate will support you as you discover your personal path to joy, delight and peace. Our encouraging, inquisitive, playful, and direct approaches guide each woman towards a life fulfilled. We will create plans together, listening as you gain clarity and discover your personal truth. We support you as you design a life that is filled with meaning, action and peace.
Most coaching is done over the phone (we can work through Skype, too). This allows us the flexibility to work with folks all over the USA and the world.
