Kirk C. Davis Kirk started his own practice after working as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Seattle. Kirk practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, , and Personal Injury. He is a graduate of Vassar College and the George Washington University School of Law. Kirk is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the federal Western District of Washington. Criminal Law Experience Kirk was one of two prosecutors selected to litigate all complex and high profile criminal cases for the City of Seattle Attorney's Office. He successfully prosecuted hundreds of DUI and other misdemeanor cases. The City Attorney also assigned Kirk to work as a Community Liaison to the North Precinct of the Seattle where he helped eliminate long term problems for the neighbors in the north end of the City. Kirk was appointed to act as a Special Deputy for the King County Prosecutor's Office and assigned to prosecute a fraud case and a case involving intimidation of a judge.
