At KM Chiropractic & Pain Management, Dr. Kara Mark centers her practice around joining the chiropractic science of Western medicine with the ancient Asian wisdom of Eastern medicine. As a chiropractic physician, Dr. Kara treats many types of conditions from general joint & muscle aches & pains, to severe disc herniations with sciatic pain. She believes that the benefits of the chiropractic adjustment are enhanced to the fullest with the addition of adjunctive therapies, such as muscle work, KT taping, acupuncture treatment, nutritional supplementation, or rehabilitative exercises. Dr. Kara takes pride in being able to diagnosis & treat injuries associated with sports and athletics. Her Master's degree in Sport Science & Rehabilitation has trained her in the most current rehabilitation techniques, & can also give serious athletes an extra edge in improving performance.
