At LittleCow we never scrimp on quality. Our shaver (not crusher) whirrs 3 razor sharp blades on the surface of the block ice (not cubes) that we bring in because of it's pureness. Our flavors are purchase from several companies as we locate each flavor created perfectly.

We use a true NSF approved block ice shaver, which produces the fluffiest white snow.LittleCow has over 40 flavors including a line of sugar free options to choose from, one of which is surely your favorite! Poured over our fluffy, snow-like, flavored ice, shaved fresh in front of you. It?s often served over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and/or topped with a secret sweet cream as you 'Have a Cow".
