Massage Heights offers membership programs that allow you to take advantage of massages more frequently. Every time you visit, you're asked about your needs and you'll receive a personalized massage, just for you. The massage therapists may incorporate a number of modalities suited to your needs.
Some common types of massage are Swedish, sports, deep tissue and pregnancy massages. You also may have heard of massage therapies such as Trigger Point, Neuromuscular or Myotherapy, which apply concentrated finger pressure to trigger points in the body. Reflexology uses massage on points of the body that correspond with internal organs. Cranial-Sacral massage is a gentle, non-invasive touch technique, involving the bones of the skull, face, mouth and jaw.
