Mercando Consulting Company Inc. and its affiliate Companies have been servicing the Construction needs of Owners and Property Managers since 1934. Originally founded by Frank A. Mercando as an Excavation and Masonry Company The Mercando Group has developed into a full service Contracting, and Management Firm. Our Divisions include Consulting, Project Management, General Construction as well as an Interior Division for Office and Retail Fit-Out. Over the years The Firm has been engaged in Projects for demanding Owners in various fields but one major field being the renovations and additions of Medical and Hospital faculties throughout the area.
White Plains Hospital, Saint Josephs Medical Center, Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, Maimonides Hospital Center, Sound Shore Hospital and New York Hospital / Queens are just a short list of Health care clients where we have repeatedly Constructed and managed Projects. We have also performed work on projects such as upgrades at Madison Square Garden, The Restoration of Radio City Music Hall, and the Renovation of Kessina Park in Queens to name a few. Over the years we have also been involved in the construction of various Schools, Banks and Retail Buildings . Recently Our Interiors division has provided services for more than 12 Dental office build outs and various Office projects in the past 2 years.
