Business Description
We are a retail and wholesale food manufacturer specializing in easy to prepare, authentic Mexican sauces. We offer two types of seasoning sauces at this time. Chile Rojo is a spicy, bold, earthy flavored sauce traditionally used to flavor meats and stews and Chile Verde is a tangy, mildly hot, spicy sauce. It is traditionally served with pork.
It is a fact that you want foods that are low in fat-and calories, but you also want those foods to taste good. Well, both of our sauces boast less than 25 calories a serving and no trans fat, so it's a food you can feel good about! So here at Messia Foods we would like to pass on the tradition of big sit down family meals and cultural and culinary traditions without all the fuss. These recipes were passed down from my Grammas' kitchen and made with a handful of this and a pinch of that. We hope your family enjoys these as much as we have-happy eating!
