I teach technicians and their leaders about signaling types used in common telecommunications applications, including wireless. Additionally, I help organize garages to eliminate accidents, set up for parking and night loading, and advise supervisors on how to deal with problem employees. I have more than 30 years of service in field operations and was promoted six times in eight years by a major Bell company. I have both C.O. and Instllation/Repair experience.
