Business Description
Overwatch Defense Agency or OWDA is a well rounded Security, Bodyguard and Investigation Organization. Owned by veterans and operated by veterans. We pride ourselves on hiring quality verses quantity and are trained on how to prevent a situation from becoming a major situation. The most important role that a security guard must be is a deterrent to a crime prior to being executed.
In our selection process we look for individuals who carries the look of Authority, leadership, an ​individual who has the ability to speak with their expressions. An individual who speaks
calmly but with authority. An individual who in a public environment can make the patrons feel safe. An individual who knows how to read people. Our selection process does not come with a backup, either they make the grade or move on.
​Our uniforms just as the individual must stand out with authority. Like the old saying, "a persons appearance speaks for itself" is so true and the same goes for a security guard. The right uniform on the right individual will and is a deterrent from many crimes being ​committed.
