- Execute complete processing and output for Accounts Payable (checks printed, cash projections & planning, etc.), Accounts Receivable (bills printed, Dun notices, statements, etc.), Human Resources (journalize 3rd party Payroll entries, audit insurances for potential savings, improve and/or implement HR policies, pension plan compliance testing), Bank Reconcilations, General Ledger (general, adjusting, amortized and accrual entries), Inventory and Fixed Asset Management, and all other transactions to complete full GAAP compliant accounting cycle. Reconstructing company books after months/years of not posting. - Coordinate with auditing and CPA staff for quarterly estimated tax payments, analytics, ledger records and annual returns. Payment of property, sales & use and other taxes in a timely manner. Obtain subsidies such as sales tax refunds, workforce grants, etc. - Business Planning, Budgets, Cash Flow Projections, Bank and Investor Reporting, Performance Reporting (Actual vs. Budget; vs. Prior Period, etc.) in hardcopy or presentation format (i.e., Power Point). Extensive experience in cost savings in utilities, taxes, and other operating expenses - Generate Monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and other Write Ups for third party review and requirements. Board and Investor presentation preparation, reporting on bank and other third party investor covenants. - Customized Dash Board Reporting, Project work, operations measurement and other relevant metrics and miscellaneous data entry as needed. - No contract; fees based on fixed charge or hourly rates. Use your software or software (QuickBooks Pro 2010) provided (preferred).
