While serving as rehabilitation directors for nearly a decade, both Rachel and Jeremy have come to understand the difficulty in departmental staffing. Since 2003, we have been forced to find creative solutions to our own staffing needs. We have built an expansive network of qualified clinicians who meet the high standards we hold for character, knowledge, and professionalism. Due to our success, we quickly became a resource for others in the industry in their time of need. Through these experiences, the idea of developing a staffing agency with the focus on the rural healthcare community evolved into Paragon Rehabilitation.
