Performance Communications LLC has extensive practical experience in the area of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telecommunications technical support, field experience, project management and consulting. My company has the experience with the Nortel PBX equipment; and manpower to assist your organization in times of changing needs and insufficient manpower. We provide support and installation on all option 11C through 81C systems running on Release 18 through 5.0 and including the newest Avaya/Nortel product called the CS1000 running on release 7.5. Our goal is to support whatever platform that you are on, even if it is considered not support by Avaya/Nortel at this time.
