Hello, Let me introduce myself. I am Rodger Stephens, CPA of Prize Performance LLC. I provide winning business performance solutions by offering my twenty five years of accounting department management, business practices and business software experiences to you.

I saved one company $1.2M/Year by developing a system to detect and avoid paying for telephone service billing errors. This happened because a costly business issue existed. No one knew how to fix it. Using my knowledge of business processes combined with the right software technology, the answer was to create the system and integrated staff processes. This means capturing actual activity internally and applying that activity to judge the incoming bill errors. In the end, we successfully disputed the errors with the biller and avoided unnecessary payments.
