Quickway Services Inc. has been providing "TOP" quality service and parts to the transportation industry for 27 years. We do this with our 6 fully equipped service trucks for mobile truck repair onsite and a full-service facility located in Cleveland, Ohio. We have easy access from all major interstates. Karen Hoges and Richard Nason established Quickway Services, Inc. in 1993. As an accomplished team providing truck breakdown service, Karen in office and sales, and Richard with son, Richard Jr. handling the everyday shop and road service operations. Prior to Quickway Services Inc., Karen and Richard owned Quickway Cartage Inc. A for hire, general commodity, interstate transportation carrier and had dispatch, operations and safety departments with a location that has high traffic exposure. Our repair facility began performing maintenance and general repairs for outside trucking companies, including tractor trailer repair, and soon became overwhelming to a point that it was time to make a change. Therefore Quickway Services Inc. was formed. The bottom line is that Karen and Richard have the experience of all realms of transportation by truck and fully understand the pressures of costly equipment breakdown when under a load with a delivery appointment. We have taken our knowledge and understanding of breakdown under load and what the D.O.T. looks for in an inspection. We have structured our roadside service and repair shop facility around these matters. Therefore, we can commit to our customers the lowest cost and quickest turnover possible, while keeping those D.O.T. inspectors away. Karen and Richard are 20-year members of the Traffic Club of Cleveland involving all forms of transportation: ground, rail, air, overseas and so on. Karen being former President and both still on the Board of Governors, our involvement with the traffic club allows us first hand to sit down and gather information from the actual owners of many transportation companies and enables us to transform Quickway Services Inc. around the needs of the transportation industry. From Cleveland, Ohio east to Ashtabula, Ohio. West to Vermillion, Ohio. South to Canton, Ohio and all area's in between.
