I have 23 years of accounting experience ranging from industry management to public audit and income tax planning and preparation. This experience includes working extensively with clients that have multiple operating and investment/development entities. I also have significant experience in advising clients with all manner of business transactions and M&A activity. I work directly with business owners and managers in developing an holistic approach to financial reporting that enables management, audit firms and third parties to make efficient, proactive and accurate decisions designed to maximize an entitys potential. In that vein I perform services that range from assisting company accounting personnel on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis to being intricately involved in the financial management of companies by performing outsourced CFO/Controllership services.
