on Citysearch Oct 23, 2008Be aware of their charges!!!! When you move out no matter how much you clean the apartment they will charge you for everything: cleaning, carpet shampoo(replacement) painting ... based on their life expectency... (more)

on Citysearch May 06, 2008Riverside Park Apartments are nice, fairly upscale apartments. When Equity owned the place, it was fantastic to live there. Now, it's owned by Gaines Investment Trust, which is a shady, unscrupulous business.... (more)
