Business Description
S & L Irrigation was founded in the fall of 1986 by Thomas Shearin and Robert Leonard. By the winter of 1987 S & L was incorporated. Later on down the road, Bob Neese joined the co-founders becoming the third partner. Since day one,
S & L and those who work for the company have strived for excellence, failing to settle for mediocrity and delivering the highest quality Irrigation Systems.
Since the get go, S & L has expressed the slogan; Your Lawn Will Love You! This premiss that the joy your lawn and landscape will provide you when it is irrigated by our company has been putting smiles on Long Islanders faces for decades. Today, 25 years later S & L still sticks to these same values, by only offering the best products in the industry. We are Hunter Preferred Gold Contractors using professional grade products. By using the industries leading products, it enables us to give our customers the best value. We are also industry leaders on Long Island, being the first in the area to offer such things as two year warranties, and stainless steel rotary sprinklers as a standard on all jobs. Their are many things that set S & L apart from the competition. We have a 3,500 square foot warehouse along with a fleet of 8 trucks that are fully stocked at all times. Having this contributes to the ease of mind that you will be able to get the job done with one visit. S & L customizes the design of each and every system to properly suit the landscape.
