Personal Training Packages One-on-one personal training sessions are 30-60 min sessions. These programs are designed for those individuals that need undivided attention to obtain their goals. The designed programs focus the 5 main components of exercise: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. $60/hr $350/10 sessions Group Training 2+ people training sessions are 30-60 min training sessions. These programs are designed for those individuals that enjoy the motivation and comfort of others around. The designated programs focus on the 5 main components of exercise. $20/ea/hr $100/ea/10 sessions "Graduate" Program Design Packages Weekly programs ($15) include an orientation presented at the beginning of each week with a detailed daily exercise log. This program is personalized to achieve your specific goals, and avoid plateaus. This program is beneficial for those that need more frequent attention, by the personal trainer, to their program design . 9 week programs ($50) include a detailed daily exercise log and an initial orientation of exercises. This program is altered based on presumed progress. Goal achievement is assessed bi-monthly and program adjusted accordingly to avoid plateaus, increase program adherence and autonomy from a personal trainer. online programs ($50) include a detailed daily exercise log and a detailed exercise explanation booklet. This program is designed for those that are out of the area with interest in online communication for program adherence. SPORTS PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING FOR ALL SPORTS Get yourself in the best shape possible for your upcoming sport season.
