Shadow Wood Chalet is a delightful small community, in North East Colorado Springs. Minutes from I-25 (the Woodmen exit), yet tucked away in a residential area. Shadow Wood is convenient to everything - the modern shops and businesses on North Academy, grocery stores, and Chapel Hills Mall. We have a central grassy play area with mature shade trees, a barbeque pavillion, picnic area and a fenced playground, providing for a "community" feeling. Your apartment will be extra large, 1,000 square feet, with a private balcony, some with glorious views of Pikes Peak. We are an affordable community, so income restrictions apply.
