Since 1995 SSI & Associates d.b.a. Six Sigma Integration, Inc., a Boston area consulting firm has worked with organizations of every size to transform clients business visions into best practices by reducing organizational complexity. We have trained and coached more than 2,000 professionals while ensuring the integrity of methods and proper tool usage so that root causes of process complexity and quality problems were addressed. We were the original change agents deploying Lean Six Sigma across the world over the past 16 years. Most recently, we studied how complexity increases organizational risk and lowers productivity. This information has been integrated with several philosophies, tools and methods to create workshops to reduce complexity. In our hands-on approach to consulting, we helped clients all over the world to deliver fundamental and sustainable improvements to their business processes to improve productivity. We have helped clients develop competencies such as critical thinking, change management, innovation and program self-sufficiency by driving continuous improvement and optimizing project alignment to eliminate non-value added activities. Your continuous improvement programs should be adding between 2% to 4% to your organization's productivity every year. We can help identify where to focus process improvement efforts to reduce complexity and risk.
