Sushi Yama in Escondido is open seven days a week and serves up traditional Japanese sushi and other dishes. With a number of appetizers, sushi rolls, sashimi and bento boxes, the Japanese restaurant has plenty of dishes to try.
Sushi Yama also serves tempura, teriyaki, Japanese and Udon noodles. There are also a number of Japanese desserts including mochi and tempura fried ice cream along with other desserts like bananas foster.
For drinks, Sushi Yama provides customers with a number of Asian and Japanese beers, as well as a wide selection of sake.
