Message from the Business

Located in midtown-west area of Manhattan, Thai Select offers healthy, modern Thai cuisine with worldly flare. The signature taste remains authentic and Thai in flavor, but the presentation might be a bit French in aesthetics, a bit Italian in portion and a bit Japanese in simplicity. With dishes like Kee Mao Fettuccini (made with whole wheat pasta) and Fruit Fried Rice (stir-fried with seasonal fruits) and Coconut Puff Martini (jumbo shrimp hand-battered in coconut strips), the kitchen selects only the very best dishes in Thai cuisine and only the freshest of ingredients picked from the farmer's market for our patrons; hence the name, Thai Select.

Terrible. What was suppose to be roast duck over rice was duck skin and shreds over rice. It seemed like they took the leftovers from other plates and put it on mine. (more)

There was something hard in the chicken shumai like pieces of stone or glass. We called the manager. She said it must be chicken bones. She took the dish away without any apology. When we asked for the check, we found she... (more)

My co-workers and I wanted to have a nice and relaxing Friday lunch. Most of us had been here before - we all thought the food was great even though the service was not. We ordered less than 5 minutes after sitting down,... (more)
