Business Description
That's The Spot Holistic Health Services was conceived by Joseph Cowan, a massage therapist, as a treatment center alternative to clinical pain management. "The emphasis of our practice is to help people move beyond the mindset of mere management and into actual hands on healing for their chronic lower back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, repetitive stress disorders, work injuries and stress related muscle tension." Recent studies continue to affirm the healing touch of massage on both the body and the mind. The simple act of human contact can not be overlooked as an aid to physical recovery and mental reawakening. When that contact is guided by skilled, professional hands the benefits are bountiful and long lasting.

Our goal is to provide all of our patients with a transformative therapeutic massage, sensible ergonomic advice, and the comforting reassurance of a warm and caring touch."
Though the primary focus of That's The Spot is geared towards holistic healing through the use of Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities we are aware that sometimes a massage is just about relaxation, rejuvenation, and a little personal pampering. Being firm believers that everyone deserves a little "me time" we are more than happy to help those who seek some peaceful tranquility to escape the mental stresses of everyday life.
