The modern kitchen maintained the charm of the old style with windows and a large breakfast table. The house is situated in an historic district of Pensacola, Florida close to downtown and only a 20 minute drive to the sugar white beaches of the north Florida Gulf Coast. Enjoy the beach in the morning then come home to the quiet neighborhood for an afternoon walk among the historic homes of Pensacola's North Hill Historic district or stroll downtown for dinner and night life. Or just relax at home with a good book in the comfortable living room. The clean and bright basement is a workout room with a giant rocking horse just for fun. Rocking is exercise. Sure it is.
