Touch For Health Kinesiology is system of health enhancement that both lay people and professionals can learn and use. Developed By Dr. John Thie in the 1970's, Touch For Health (TFH) grew out of Applied Kinesiology. Certified Touch For Health instructors across the country educate the public on ways everyone can use a variation of acupuncture that requires no needles and can help with physical, emotional and mental challenges. TFH teaches how to accurately use muscle testing as a natural biofeedback mechanism to support health enhancement and access information about the body and mind. Among other things people use Touch For Health skills to determine nutritional and food choices, to overcome stress, to help children learn easier and more effectively, for pain management (without drugs.) All of this is done and taught using natural ways to reset the body and mind as developed by western doctors.
Touch For Health skills are safe, effective, very low cost and fun. Families can learn TFH to improve their health and togetherness.
