YogaWorks, a leader in yoga since 1987, offers sessions for all stages: beginner to advanced and relaxing to athletic. Our yoga program stems from three traditional lineages--Ashtanga, Iyengar and the yoga taught by Desikachar. We emphasize safe, accessible, quality yoga.
With over 1,000 classes a week at our 23 locations, we can accommodate beginners, serious students and aspiring teachers, in addition to dedicated classes for seniors, athletes, pre-and post-natal and back-care.

on Citysearch Oct 08, 2008Yoga works is located so close to the beach. It is a great place for yga or pilates and because of it's close proximity to the beach you can take a relaxing stroll either before or after your workout.... (more)
