Capelli Lounge offers almost every type of colour service available at hair salons today. Select stylists offer certified British colouring techniques. Some of these services are often called: Colour Weaving Highlights Lowlights Creative Colour Paneling Colour Glossing Colour Tint Retouch Lightener Roots Coverage All colouring services are priced based on your consultation with a stylist but in general the service is either full or partial starting at $165 or $125 accordingly. Full Colouring Starting at $165 Partial Colouring Starting at $125 *Prices are based on your free consultation. Capelli Lounge may also offer to price out just a few pieces brushed on with your other hair services. Colour Corrections Capelli Lounge has complete lines of colour to assist with colour corrections including the colour cleanse and colour balancing. If you need a colour correction urgently call reservations at (424) 704-1288 and ask for the next available appointment with a Capelli Lounge stylist. Capelli Lounge is able to fix many color problems including brassy hair and toning hair. We can make it honey. Starting at $165 based on consultation. *Not all corrections available. Color Glossing (Clear Glossing or Colour Glossing) Smooths out cuticle to create a shine on the hair. We also use heat to complete the process with a full rinse. The Glossing lasts about 4-5 weeks and is great for hair that is dry and brittle with a rough cuticle. Color glossing is demi permanent which lasts around 8-12 weeks. $60. Balayage Balayage comes from the French in the 1970s and 1980s meaning to sweep. Capelli Lounge stylists may also suggest a toner to accompany your Balayage service offered by all Capelli Lounge stylists. Starting at $125. Curl Services All Capelli Lounge cutting services depend on the hair type. Dry Cut Depending on the curl, Capelli Lounge stylists will, at times, request to cut curly hair dry. We suggest coming in for a short free consultation that can confirm the best way to come to the salon with curly hair. Starting at $75. Roller Set The Capelli Lounge Roller Set is only offered by select Licensed stylists and lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. Sets will help hair become curly with volume. Your stylist will wet hair with rollers and allow it to dry. Very low heat is involved under a dryer compared to the normal 300 F of heat during a curling iron treatment. The Roller Set is perfect for people who do not want to use a hot iron. $50. Flat Iron Your stylists may include a flat iron service at no additional cost with some blow drys or based on your consultation. This straightening iron allows an even heat distribution across plates and generates smooth, sleek, and healthy hair right away. It can be completed on wet or dry hair. The plates conduct heat evenly while emitting negative ions to seal in moisture and penetrate the hair from within. This will gently straighten without damaging the hair shaft. Capelli Lounge nano technology products sterilize and kills bacteria while straightening, curling, flipping, bending, and creating a multitude of hair styles. Your silky shiny hair instantly will come alive with the Flat Iron. $65. Chemical Relaxing Capelli Lounge straightening and relaxing services are only up to 6 inches of straightened hair. The relaxer virgin service is the same price but please come in in advance for a free relaxer consultation. This will include a sample treatment to find out if there is a chemical reaction concern. Virgins are suggested to come in for a consultation where the hair and scalp can be tested. $65 and up based on consultation. Perm Select Capelli Lounge stylsits offer permanent waves or perms. Most perm services involve heat and optional chemal treatments. The straight perm is not normally suggested or currently available at Capelli Lounge. $200 and up. Brazilian Keratin Treatment Capelli Lougne has been offering the Brazilian Blow Dry, Blowouts, and Keratin treatments since August of 2009. The Brazilian is a hair straightening treatment that takes at least 90 minutes and lasts for at least 12 weeks (per the Brazilian website). Normally our clients who receive the service should expect to stay at Capelli Lounge for at least 3 hours but we provide free drinks for all of our clients to pass the time easily. There is also free wi-fi available and our reception can pick up snacks for you if you would like. Brazilian Blow Drys, Blowouts, and Hair Straightening by The Global Keratin Hair Taming System with JUVEXIN It works on all hair types, leaving it more manageable, soft, shiny, smooth and frizz-free for up to 5 months. JUVEXIN is the ONLY keratin compound scientifically proven to protect and restore hair back to its youthful state. Includes PureOlogy Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner. Starting at $350. Permanent Waves (Conventional and Spiral) This fast wrapping service normally takes around 2-3 hours for shoulder length, mid back, and long hair. Permanent waves can create a bold look uses long perm rods on clients with longer hair. This technique can last up to six months. Only select Capelli Lounge stylists offer this permanent wave service starting at $200. Treatments Protein Enriched Deep Heated Hair Conditioning Treatment This organic protein treatment is designed to help damaged hair. An instant deep penetrating conditioner loaded with proteins will help strengthen and revitalize hair to improve control and luster. Deep-Conditioning protein treatments Capelli Lounge will leave a fine seal of pure protein on the hair shaft to add volume and remove tangles from the hair without weighing it down. Structuring proteins from this treatment produce more benefits to damaged hair than general conditioning treatments. $35 Moisturizing Heated Deep Conditioning Treatment Heat opens the hair and allows this organic botanical moisture to penetrate thin or dry hair. This Capelli Lounge signature hydration treatment repairs and mends hair gently while you relax. Moisturizing deep conditioning treatments are designed for dramatic results on clients with dehydrated hair. Hydrating treatments on the market were designed for chemically straightened hair to replenish and add moisture but this Capelli Lounge treatment is for any dry hair in need of moisturizing to restore essential moisturizers and protestants. $35 Wedding Hair Select Capelli Lounge stylists offer event and wedding hair styling. Wedding hair styles must be booked through Capelli Lounge reservations and paid in advance. Wedding Day Trial Try out what Capelli Lounge can offer you and your wedding party. Each Wedding day trial comes with a full wash, condition, style, and curl. $80 per person. Rehearsal Dinner Hair Rehersal dinner hair is based upon your consultation and wedding day trial. Wedding Day Hair Wedding Day hair is offered by select Capelli Lounge stylists however it is best to plan months in advance and use the Wedding Day Trial to make sure that your hair will be the way you want it to look. Pricing is based on consultation. Styles Extensions Select Capelli Lounge stylists offer artificial hair extensions based on your colour texture and quality needs. Updo Updos available from Capelli Lounge include the Angel Do, Beehive, French twist, Ponytail, and Bun. Pricing starts at $85. Thinning The full Capelli Lounge thinning hair treatment is completed with sheers or a razor. In general a stylist will thin your hair as part of your style service if needed. $75. KIDS (Age 9 and under) We are about two blocks away from the new Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and Mattel Childrens Hospital at UCLA. Kids can visit, pick up hair products like PureOlogy with nanotechnology, ion brushes, and enjoy an updated styles from California licensed stylists. Capelli Lounge is based in the heart of Westwood Village on the corner of Gayley and Weyburn. Salvatore Bondi, the former owner, opened Capelli Haircutting Of Westwood in 1982. Laurie and Veronica Hillman started working for Sal in 1992. In May, 2006 they took over the salon and reinvented it as Capelli Lounge.
