Famed designer Thomas Schoos has teamed up with executive chef Seth Greenburg to manifest a new visual celebration of the senses.
Drawing inspiration from the foods of France, Spain and beyond, Chef Greenburg presents a menu utilizing seasonal ingredients sourced from the Santa Monica farmers' markets combined with unique ingredients from across the globe to create a variety of innovative and delectable dishes.
